The Management Board of Atende S.A. (the ′Company′) hereby reports that on 25 April 2017, the Supervisory Board of the Company resolved to appoint a statutory auditor for the purpose of auditing financial statements of the Company and consolidated financial statements of the Company’s Capital Group for 2017 and 2018, as well as for the purpose of reviewing interim statements of the Company and consolidated interim statements of the Company’s Capital Group for the 1st half of 2017 and 1st half of 2018.

The entity selected by the Supervisory Board of the Company to conduct the above-named activities is KPMG Audyt sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Warsaw (00-189) at ul. Inflancka 4A, entered in the National Chamber of Statutory Auditors’ list of entities authorised to audit financial statements under number 458.

The Company has not used KPMG Audyt sp. z o.o. for auditing its financial statements before. The audit of annual statements for 2016 and review of the statement for the 1st half of 2016 were conducted by KPMG Audyt sp. z o.o. sp.k., entered in the National Chamber of Statutory Auditors’ list of entities authorised to audit financial statements under number 3546.

The agreement, to the conclusion of which the Supervisory Board has authorised the Company’s Management Board, will be valid for two years. The selection was made in accordance with the applicable laws.
