The Management Board of Atende S.A. hereby reports that on March 30, 2016, it adopted a resolution to recommend to the Ordinary General Meeting of the Company the payment of dividend, amounting to PLN 6,541,801.92, i.e. PLN 0.18 per one share. The Management Board of the Company recommends the date of June 28, 2016 as the date of the dividend and July 14, 2016 as the date of payment of dividend. The recommendation will be submitted to the Company’s Supervisory Board for assessment. Final decision on the distribution of the 2015 profit will be made by the Ordinary General Meeting of the Company.
