Notification of the acquisition of the Company shares sent by a supervising personThe Management Board of ATM Systemy Informatyczne S.A. (the Company) announces that on July 17th 2012 it received a notice from a Member of the Company’s Supervisory Board of the acquisition by an entity related to him on July 17th 2012 of 250,000 shares in the Company at a price of PLN 1.35.
The transactions were carried out on the regulated market in a regular session transaction. The value of the transactions exceeded the PLN equivalent of EUR 5,000.
