Information on transactions of purchase of shares by the managing personThe Management Board of Atende S.A. (the ′Company′) announces that on July 9th, 2013, it has received notice from the Vice-President of the Management Board of the transactions made by the Company to acquire shares with a total value exceeding PLN equivalent of EUR 5,000. These transactions relate to the purchase of:
On 26.06.2013, 4520 shares at a price of PLN 1.44 zł each;
On 26.06.2013, 6000 shares at a price of PLN 1.43 zł each;
On 03.07.2013, 12000 shares at a price of PLN 1.55 zł each;
On 03.07.2013, 8000 shares at a price of PLN 1.52 zł each.
All the shares referred to above are ordinary bearer shares acquired on a regulated market in ordinary session transactions.
