The Management Board of Atende hereby reports that it has adopted a resolution to recommend to the Ordinary General Meeting of the Company the payment of dividend for the financial year 2012, amounting to PLN 2,907,467.52, i.e. PLN 0.08 per one share. All the 2012 net profit of the Company amounting to PLN 1,016,946.42 and the amount of PLN 1,890,521.10 from the supplementary capital of the Company shall be the dividend payout.

The Company’s Supervisory Board will issue its opinion on the Resolution of the Management Board. The final decision on the distribution of the 2012 profit will be made by the Ordinary General Meeting of the Company.
