The Management Board of Atende S.A. (′Issuer′) reports that on  September 26th, 2017 it received from Marek Dietel a statement dated September 25th, 2017 of resignation from his duties as a member of the Supervisory Board of Atende S. A. In accordance with the statement Mr Dietel’s mandate will expire upon supplementation of the composition of the Supervisory Board of Atende S A., but no later than at the end of November 30th, 2017. The statement did not indicate the reasons for the resignation.
