Appointment of the Management Board MemberThe Management Board of Atende S.A. (the ′Company′) hereby reports that today the Supervisory Board of the Company has adopted a resolution on the appointment of Jacek Szczepański as a member of the Company’s Management Board to perform the function of the Vice-President of the Management Board in charge of operations as of January 11th, 2016.
Jacek Szczepański, born in 1968, holds a university degree. He graduated from the Faculty of Computer Science and Management of the Wrocław University of Technology (1992). A participant of executive education programmes run by Insead, France and London School of Economics, Great Britain.
Professional career path: 1993-1995: Dynasoft s.c., software manufacturing, founder and owner; 1995-1998: SAP Polska, Implementation Consultant; 1998-2001: SAP Polska, Manager in the Consulting Department; 2001-2003: SAP Polska, Director of the Sales Department of the Industrial Sector; 2003-2013: SAP Polska, Consulting Director; 2011-2013: SAP Polska, Vice-President of the Management Board; 2013-2015: Hewlett-Packard Polska, Head of the Technological Consulting Department, member of the management of the Enterprise Group department.
Jacek Szczepański has got an extensive experience in development and implementation of market strategies, strategies of building and managing sales departments and service strategies (consulting), as well as software, IT services and infrastructure sales strategies.
Jacek Szczepański does not conduct a competitive business in relation to the business of the Company and its related entities. Participates neither in any competitive company as a partner in a civil partnership or a member of the governing body of a company nor in any other competitive legal person as a member of its governing body. Has not been entered in the Register of Insolvent Debtors maintained under the National Court Register Act.
