Information on transactions of purchase of shares by the managing personThe Management Board of Atende S.A. (the ′Company′) announces that on December 19th, 2014, it has received notice from the Vice-President of the Management Board of the transactions made by the Company to acquire shares with a total value exceeding PLN equivalent of EUR 5,000. These transactions relate to the purchase of:
On 18.11.2014, 4000 shares at a price of PLN 2.96 zł each;
On 17.12.2014, 2736 shares at a price of PLN 2.44 zł each;
On 17.12.2014, 15848 shares at a price of PLN 2.50 zł each;
On 18.12.2014, 56700 shares at a price of PLN 2.50 zł each.
All the shares referred to above are ordinary bearer shares acquired on a regulated market in ordinary session transactions.
