redCDN to be the basis for new TV service of Play

P4, mobile network operator of Play, has launched a TV service, PLAY NOW, providing Play subscribers with access to TV content — a few dozen of live channels and VOD materials. The service is available to Web, Android and iOS platforms. There is also a possibility to play content on a TV screen with the use of Google Chromecast.

PLAY NOW is based on an OTT platform offered under the redCDN Portal brand and on other services from the redCDN ecosystem.
