Phoenix-PRIME obtains global certificate

The flagship product of one of our subsidiaries, Phoenix Systems, obtained global certificate and is ready to be sold on the international market. The certificate covers Phoenix-PRIME Board along with the software rendering service node functions in Power Line Communications (PLC).

Until now, companies implemented the PRIME standard only with the use of dedicated SoC integrated circuits (System-on-a-chip) consisting of a digital signal processor implementing the physical layer and application processor implementing higher layers. What is innovative about Phoenix Systems's product is that PRIME has been implemented for a simple processor. That gave the company an effective, open, inexpensive and integrable solution.

At present, the company is holding talks with partners from all over the world and plans to develop new Smart Grid products, which are now used at Energa-Operator.
