PGE signed an agreement with A2CC for the implementation of a billing and CRM system


PGE Systemy, a PGE Group company, signed an agreement with A2CC from the Atende Group for the development and implementation of the CRM and billing systems for PGE Group.

We have completed one of the most important tenders in the PGE Group. It is also one of the largest projects of this type in Europe and, at the same time, the strategic project in our digital transformation. It is important not only from the point of view of our business but, above all, from the perspective of our customers. With today's signing of the agreement, we are starting to work on the billing and CRM system for PGE Group customers. With the new system, we will be able to create an offer that addresses the needs of our customers, says Wojciech Dąbrowski, CEO, PGE Polska Grupa Energetyczna.

I am proud to have the opportunity to work on this extraordinary project in which we will use the experience of the Atende Group companies, including the expert knowledge of A2CC gained, among others, during the development and operation of the largest billing system in Poland, delivered for the gas sector. The PGE project is a key project for our Group: apart from the development of a CRM and billing system, we plan to support our customer in implementing his transformation strategy by working together to improve and digitise the Polish energy sector, says Marcin Petrykowski, CEO, Atende SA.

The contract covers the implementation of a comprehensive, centralised IT solution to support the key business processes at the PGE Capital Group operated by its subsidiaries PGE Obrót S.A. and PGE Dystrybucja S.A. The solution will comprise two billing systems – separate for each of these subsidiaries – and a CRM system for PGE Obrót. The new solution is expected to replace the existing billing and CRM systems used by the PGE Group. The implementation processes should start this year, with the initial deployment stage planned for the first half of 2023. The project is scheduled to be completed in 2025.
