New company of Atende Industries develops Smart Grid and IoT

At the beginning of 2021, Atende Industries, a new company within the Atende Group, was established by separating an organized part of the enterprise from Atende Software. This section of the activity has 10 years of experience in the energy sector in the area of the implementation of Smart Grids. Atende Industries is already developing top-class innovative technology and software solutions based on artificial intelligence, robotics, Internet of Things (IoT) and big data technology.

One of the main directions of activity of the new company is the development of specialized cloud platforms for Industry 4.0. The main products of the company include: redGrid (MDM and HES class system) for management of smart energy meters in modern Smart Grids, implemented among others in Energa-Operator and besmart.energy – a cloud platform for distributed energy, allowing for operation of energy cooperatives and micro grids. The company is also developing besmart.vision, a platform for controlling collaborative robots (cobots) based on smart analysis of the environment, and besmart.dev, a platform for collecting and processing data from the Internet of Things devices.

In connection with the new European policy based on building a new green digital order, the market is inevitably moving towards distributed energy and smart devices used at large scale. The main element of all Atende Industries products, which determines their performance and effectiveness, is TStorage (Time Storage), an advanced database. TStorage is a phenomenon on the Polish market, and its global counterpart is Amazon Timestream. TStorage archive allows for elimination of the basic problems, such as limited performance, scalability and capacity. The system is several dozen times more efficient than the average data warehouse and allows for processing large data sets using machine learning methods.
