The Management Board of Atende recommends the payment of dividend at PLN 0.18 per share

The Management Board of Atende S.A. hereby reports that on March 30th, 2016, it adopted a resolution to recommend to the Ordinary General Meeting of the Company the payment of dividend, amounting to PLN 6,541,801.92, i.e. PLN 0.18 per one share. It represents an increase of 20% compared to the previous year, with a dividend value of PLN 0.15 per share. The recommended dividend results from the Company’s good financial company and amounts to 64% of net revenue of Atende Group in 2015. This amount equals to 6% of the closing price of one Atende share on 30 March 2016 (dividend yield).

The Management Board of the Company recommends the date of June 28th, 2016 as the date of the dividend and July 14th, 2016 as the date of payment of dividend. The recommendation will be submitted to the Company’s Supervisory Board for assessment. Final decision on the distribution of the 2015 profit will be made by the Ordinary General Meeting of the Company.
