Atende will pay PLN 2.9 million in dividends for 2012

The General Meeting of Atende S.A. has resolved today to pay PLN 2,907,467.52 in dividends for the financial year 2012. It corresponds to the amount of PLN 0.08 per 1 share. The dividend day was set for July 17th, 2013, and the dividend payment date – for July 31st, 2013.

Last year, Atende paid dividend of PLN 0.07 per 1 share. In accordance with the Atende development strategy, the Management Board will recommend dividend payments in the following years at a level of 30–50% of Atende Group net profit for the preceding year.
