Atende to pay dividend for 2016

The Management Board of Atende S.A. hereby reports that on 24 April 2017 it adopted a resolution on distribution of the profit of Atende S.A. for 2016, pursuant to which it decided to recommend to the Ordinary General Meeting of the Company the payment of dividend amounting to PLN 7,268,668.80, i.e. PLN 0.20 per share. The Management Board of the Company recommends the date of June 28th, 2017 as the date of the dividend and July 14th, 2017 as the date of payment of dividend. The recommendation will be submitted to the Company’s Supervisory Board for assessment. Final decision on the distribution of the 2016 profit will be made by the Ordinary General Meeting of the Company.
