The Atende Group becomes the market leader in software for local government

Thanks to the purchase of proprietary copyrights in and to the software of Sygnity S.A. by Sputnik Software, an Atende company, became the biggest software manufacturer for local government units in Poland.

Sputnik Software acquired from Sygnity S.A. proprietary copyrights in and to the software ′Zintegrowany System Informatyczny Urząd NT′ (ZSI Urząd NT), as well as proprietary copyrights in and to the following registry applications: SELWIN, RWWIN, USCWIN. Thanks to this purchase the Company has won approx. 900 new customers.

– The investment paves the way for us to work with major public sector clients and is a natural consequence of the good result of the company in the last three years, when we completed several key regional and national projects – says Tomasz Maćkowiak, Member of the Management Board of Sputnik Software. – Equally important is the fact that with the purchase of a new system, we have strengthened our team of experienced specialists, which will allow us to develop our products, provide customers with higher and higher service quality and independently undertake major projects. In the near future we may even decide about further acquisitions – he added.

The areas served by the acquired system fit into the profile of the company’s core business, i.e. software development for the public sector. The company, member of the Atende Group, is the developer of custom IT systems while also developing a standard offering as part of the integrated IT platform ′Nowoczesny Urząd′. The offered products allow for the unified management of a public institution, including: provision of public services, electronic document management, management of processes (budget, finance and accounting, local taxes and fees, personnel and payroll, registers and records, social policy tasks) and managing information security within the organisation.
