Appointing the Management Board of Atende for the new term of office

The Supervisory Board of Atende S.A. appointed the Management Board for a new joint five-year term for the entire Management Board, composed of:

Roman Szwed, President of the Management Board,

Iwona Bakuła, Vice-President of the Management Board,

Tomasz Dziubiński, Vice-President of the Management Board,

Andrzej Słodczyk, Vice-President of the Management Board,

Szymon Stępczak, Vice-President of the Management Board.

The new term will start on the following day after the Ordinary General Meeting approving the financial statements of the Company for 2012, i.e. on June 26th, 2013.
