Agata Meble chooses Atende as IT services provider

One of the most renowned Polish companies specializing in furniture and interior decoration signed a contract with Atende S.A. Under the contract, the Company will provide IT outsourcing services and a disaster recovery centre in case of a system failure. The contract was signed for an indefinite period.

The purpose of the services rendered by Atende will be mainly to support the Customer’s core operations. The IT services will include exploitation, configuration as well as expansion of the data transmission infrastructure and software and implementation of new technologies necessary for Agata Meble to pursue its business activity. In addition to security services, Atende will be also responsible for managing the Customer’s network infrastructure, matrix environment and monitoring.

Based on the cloud computing solution, available under CloudiA brand, Atende will also provide a disaster recovery centre (DRC), thus enhancing the security of the Customer’s critical systems. DRC implementation makes it possible to switch the systems from the primary site to the recovery centre, which will minimize business application downtime in case of a major system failure at the company’s head office.
