The Management Board of Atende S.A. (′Issuer′) reports that on July 19th, 2022 the Supervisory Board of the Company, pursuant to provisions of the second sentence of § 21(5) of Atende S.A.’s Articles of Association, appointed Elzbieta Häuser-Schöneich as a member of the Supervisory Board. A new member of the Supervisory Board was elected after Pawel Malyska's resignation from July 8th, 2022 from the function of a member of the Supervisory Board.

Elzbieta Häuser-Schöneich does not conduct a competitive business in relation to the Company and its subsidiaries. He does not participate in a competitive company as a partner in a civil law partnership, partnership, capital company, nor does he participate in a competitive legal person as a member of its body. Has not been entered in the Register of Insolvent Debtors maintained under the National Court Register Act.
