8/10/2022

In the third quarter, Atende has concluded a number of new contracts with public sector customers, involving the implementation of IT projects with a total value of approx. PLN 30 million, including contracts with the Polish General Police Headquarters, the Marian Rejewski Centre for Cyber Resources and the Agency for Restructuring and Modernisation of Agriculture (ARMiR, contract finalisation stage).

The company has been selected as one of three contractors for the framework agreement for the Polish General Police Headquarters. The new agreement is a continuation of the project, completed in March 2020, related to the modernisation and implementation of new solutions and e-services in the Integrated Communication System of the National ICT Network for emergency number 112, carried out by the consortium of NTT Poland and Atende.

Atende has also entered into a new contract as a result of a tender conducted by the Marian Rejewski Centre for Cyber Resources of the Armed Forces titled "Modernisation of a Private Cloud, Data Processing Centres and Public Key Infrastructure, as well as expansion of network infrastructure", part 1. This is a testament to the high technical competence of the company, which at the same time holds a First and Second Degree Industrial Security Certificate and has a team of certified engineers with security clearances for SECRET, EU SECRET, NATO SECRET clauses

New contracts in the public sector particularly excite us. As part of the Atende Next strategy, we have focused on strengthening activities in the computerisation of the public sector. We have 30 years of experience in cooperation with the public sector and boast the widest technical competence in this part of Europe in the field of design, implementation and maintenance of Data Centres, including private clouds. Provision of services specifically for the uniformed services has been within Atende’s strict area of specialisation for over a decade – emphasises Marcin Petrykowski, President of the Management Board of Atende.

Another project from the public sector concerns ARMiR and a call to sign a contract for the purchase of LAN network switches and the implementation of a Wi-Fi wireless network. The project involves the use of modern Cisco technology to secure network access – SDA.

The implementation of the framework agreement with the Polish General Police Headquarters will commence in 2022. The projects for the Centre for Cyber Resources of the Armed Forces and the Agency for Restructuring and Modernisation of Agriculture are expected to be completed by the end of 2022.

The new contracts relate to strategic customers from the public sector, a segment that we significantly strengthened at commercial and technical level at the beginning of the year. Today we can see that these measures have brought the desired effect. At the same time, it is worth emphasising that the further development of this sector is a business priority for us – says Petrykowski.
