Information on selection of the most favourable bid

The Management Board of Atende S.A. (′Issuer′) reports that on July 31st, 2017 it became aware that on the same day the Main Headquarters of the Border Guard selected the bid of the consortium: Research and Academic Computer Network (Leader), Atende S.A., NASK S.A. and Integrated Solutions sp. z o.o. (jointly referred to as ′Consortium′) as the most favourable one in the tender proceedings for the ′Extension of the Border Guard’s telecommunication system′, Part 1 of the contract. Under Part 1 of the contract, the Contractor will deliver network devices (together with warranties granted, software, and licenses) to organisational units of the Border Guard and will carry out trainings on the operation of the devices supplied.

The Consortium’s bid was considered the most favourable combination on the basis of the assessment criteria: (price — weighted 60%, warranty period — weighted 30%, and lead-time for the replacement of failed equipment — weighted 10%).

The gross price of the bid submitted amounts to PLN 44.5 million, of which the price of the basic contract amounts to PLN 31.4 million, and the price of the optional contract amounts to PLN 13.1 million. The total remuneration payable for the Issuer amounts to PLN 17.3 million gross, of which PLN 14.1 million gross — for the performance of the basic contract and PLN 3.2 million — for the performance of the optional contract.

Participants of the tender proceedings have the right to file complaints against the selection of the Consortium’s bid. The agreement is expected to be concluded after the completion of any complaint proceedings or, if no complaint is filed by participants of the tender proceedings, after the expiry of the period for filing complaints.
