The Management Board of ATM Systemy Informatyczne S.A. announces that Company’s Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders of the ATM Systemy Informatyczne S.A. on March 19th, 2013 elected Patrycja Buchowicz and Jan Madey to the Supervisory Board. At the same time, March 19th, 2013 was the last day of membership in the Supervisory Board for:

   - Tadeusz Czichon, following his resignation, which the company announced in the current report 2/2013 dated January 10th, 2013, and

   - Piotr Puteczny, following his resignation, which the company announced in the current report 3/2013 dated January 14th, 2013.

The Supervisory Board after the above changes is as follows:

   - Sławomir Kamiński – Chair of the Supervisory Board,

   - Mirosław Panek – Vice-Chair of the Supervisory Board,

   - Patrycja Buchowicz – Member of the Supervisory Board,

   - Grzegorz Domagała – Member of the Supervisory Board,

   - Jan Madey – Member of the Supervisory Board.
