Spinoza Investments Sp. z o.o. S.K.A., 8,668,965 votes, 56.02% on EGM, 23.85% in general,
ING Otwarty Fundusz Emerytalny, 3,500,000 votes, 22.62% on EGM, 9.63% in general,
Roman Szwed, 3,287,993 votes, 21.25% on EGM, 9.05% in general.
Legal basis: Article 70 item 3 of the Act on Public Offering – Ordinary Shareholders’ Meeting list above 5%
