The Management Board of Atende S.A. hereby reports that on May 23rd, 2018 the Ordinary General Meeting elected the members of the Board for the next five-year term. The following persons were appointed to the Supervisory Board:

Patrycja Buchowicz,

Jan Madey,

Michał Markowski,

Maciej Matusiak,

Monika Mizielińska-Chmielewska.

None of the newly appointed members of the Supervisory Board:

conducts a competitive business in relation to the Company and its subsidiaries;

­participates either in any competitive company as a partner in a civil partnership or a member of the governing body of a company (except for Ms Patrycja Buchowicz, who is a member of the supervisory board of Unima 2000 Systemy Teleinformatyczne S.A.) or in any other competitive legal person as a member of its governing body;

­ has been entered in the Register of Insolvent Debtors maintained under the National Court Register Act.
