The Management Board of Atende S.A. (the ′Company′) announces that on May 20th, 2014, the Supervisory Board of the Company resolved to appoint the statutory auditor — PKF Consult Sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Warsaw — for the purpose of auditing the semi-annual, separate consolidated financial statements of the Company’s Capital Group for the 1st half of 2014, as well as for the purpose of auditing the separate financial statements of the Company and the consolidated financial statements of the Company’s Capital Group for the year 2014.

PKF Consult Sp. z o.o. is an entity authorized to audit financial statements on the basis of registration of auditors No. 477 in the National Chamber of Statutory Auditors in Warsaw.

The Company used services offered by PKF Consult Sp. z o.o. during the auditing of annual financial statements for 2013. Previously, audits of annual financial statements for the years 2011 and 2012, as well as the review of financial statements for the first half of 2013, were carried out by PKF Audyt Sp. z o.o. which, on September 27th, 2013, was merged with PKF Consult, PKF Capital and PKF Tax, forming PKF Consult Sp. z o.o.

The agreement, to the conclusion of which the Supervisory Board authorized the Management Board, will run for one year. The choice was made in accordance with applicable laws and professional standards.
