Changes in the composition of the Company’s Management Board

The Management Board of Atende S.A. hereby reports that on On April 4, 2016, the Supervisory Board of Atende S.A. (′Company′) dismissed Andrzej Słodczyk from the Management Board of Atende S.A. and from his function of Vice-President of the Management Board in relation to entrusting him with the function of the Company’s Director of the Power Industry Development Department, and appointed Jacek Forysiak to the Management Board of Atende S.A., to the function of Vice-President of the Management Board in charge of technical matters.

Jacek Forysiak, born in 1965, holds a university degree. Faculty of Electronics and Information Technology, Warsaw University of Technology, Msc Eng (1991).

Jacek Forysiak has many years of experience in planning and development of technical competence in organisations, management of technical teams and management of IT programmes and projects. He has developed and implemented a development strategy for ICT integrator companies. Obtained a PMP in 2005.

Jacek Forysiak does not conduct a competitive business in relation to the Company and its subsidiaries. Participates neither in any competitive company as a partner in a civil partnership or a member of the governing body of a company nor in any other competitive legal person as a member of its governing body. Has not been entered in the Register of Insolvent Debtors maintained under the National Court Register Act.
