The Management Board of Atende S.A. hereby reports that on April 4, 2016, the Supervisory Board of Atende S.A. (′Company′), pursuant to provisions of the second sentence of § 21(5) of Atende S.A.’s Articles of Association, appointed Michał Markowski as a member of the Supervisory Board.

Michał Markowski holds a university degree: a Master’s degree in computer science (Faculty of Computer Science and Management, Wrocław University of Technology 2008), Master’s degree in financial management (Finance, Wrocław University of Technology, 2010) and a PhD in computer science (Faculty of Computer Science and Management, Wrocław University of Technology 2015). Has an ACCA certificate (2015).

2002-2005: software development and sales, own business,

2007-2010: Programmer, Project manager, InsERT S.A.,

2010-2012: Senior Associate in pricing and financial modelling, transaction consulting department, Deloitte Advisory,

2012-2014: Chief Economy Expert, Minister’s Counsellor, Ministry of Treasury,

Since 2014: Director of Strategy and Analysis Department, Giełda Papierów Wartościowych S.A.

Michał Markowski is currently a member of the Supervisory Boards of the following entities: Commodity Clearing House, Ventures&Partners, Polskie Inwestycje Rozwojowe.

Michał Markowski does not conduct a competitive business in relation to the Company and its subsidiaries. Participates neither in any competitive company as a partner in a civil partnership or a member of the governing body of a company nor in any other competitive legal person as a member of its governing body. Has not been entered in the Register of Insolvent Debtors maintained under the National Court Register Act.
