Information on transactions of purchase of shares by the managing personThe Management Board of Atende S.A. (the ′Company′) announces that on September 17th, 2013, it has received notice from the Vice-President of the Management Board of the transactions made by the Company to acquire shares with a total value exceeding PLN equivalent of EUR 5,000. These transactions relate to the purchase of:
On 12.07.2013, 5850 shares at a price of PLN 1.50 zł each;
On 11.09.2013, 21107 shares at a price of PLN 1.65 zł each;
On 17.09.2013, 7353 shares at a price of PLN 1.70 zł each.
All the shares referred to above are ordinary bearer shares acquired on a regulated market in ordinary session transactions.
