Dates of publication of periodic reports in 2014The Management Board of Atende S.A. acting pursuant to Section 103(1) of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance of February 19th, 2009 on current and periodic information, notifies of the dates of publication of periodic reports in 2014:
Consolidated Quarterly Report for Q4 2013– March 3rd, 2014.
Statutory Annual Report for 2013 – April 25th, 2014.
Consolidated Annual Report for 2013 – April 25th, 2014.
Consolidated Quarterly Report for Q1 2014 – May 15th, 2014.
Consolidated Half-Year Report for H1 2014 – August 29th, 2014.
Consolidated Quarterly Report for Q3 2014 – November 14th, 2014.
The Management Board of Atende S.A hereby reports that pursuant to Section 101(2) of the above mentioned Regulation it will not make a consolidated report for Q2 2014 public.
At the same time, pursuant to Section 83(1) and (3) of the above mentioned Regulation, the Management Board hereby reports that it will not publish separate statutory quarterly reports as well as a half-year report and that it intends to publish consolidated quarterly reports including summary statutory financial information and a consolidated half-year report including summary financial statements with the auditor’s opinion from the statements’ revision.
