Resignation of Member of the Supervisory BoardThe Management Board of ATM Systemy Informatyczne S.A. informs that on 14 January 2013 received a letter of resignation from the membership in the Supervisory Board from Piotr Puteczny, Vice-chairman of the Supervisory Board.
The date of termination of the membership in the Supervisory Board will be the day of the next General Assembly of the Company. Simultaneously Piotr Puteczny resigned from his position as a Vice-chairman of the Supervisory Board, effective as of 14 January 2013.
The reasons of resignation were not declared.
