The Management Board of ATM Systemy Informatyczne S.A., acting pursuant to § 103(4) of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance of February 19th, 2009, on current and periodic information (…), hereby announces the dates of publication of its periodic reports in 2012:

Consolidated semiannual report for 1st half of the year 2012 — August 31st, 2012

Consolidated quarterly report for 3rd quarter 2012 — November 14th, 2012

The Management Board of ATM Systemy Informatyczne S.A. would like to inform that pursuant to § 101(2) of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance, they will not submit a consolidated quarterly report for the 2nd quarter of 2012.

The Management Board of the Company would also like to inform that pursuant to § 83(1) and (3) of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance, they will not submit separate single quarterly and semiannual reports. The consolidated quarterly report will be published with condensed single financial information while the consolidated semiannual report will be published with condensed single financial statement including an opinion of a chartered auditor on the audit of the single financial statement.
