The Management Board of Atende S.A. hereby publishes a list of shareholders with at least 5% of the number of votes in the Company’s Ordinary General Meeting as of June 25th, 2013:

Spinoza Investments Sp. o.o. S.K.A., 8,668,965 votes, 48.2% on OGM, 23.9% in general,

ING Otwarty Fundusz Emerytalny, 3,500,000 votes, 19.5% on OGM, 9.6% in general,

Roman Szwed, 3,287,993 votes, 18.3% on OGM, 9.0% in general,

Polsat Otwarty Fundusz Emerytalny, 2,500,000 votes, 13.9% on OGM, 6.9% in general.
