Information on transactions of purchase of shares by the managing personThe Management Board of Atende S.A. (the ′Company′) announces that today it has received notice from the Vice-President of the Management Board of the transactions made by the Company to acquire shares with a total value exceeding PLN equivalent of EUR 5,000. These transactions relate to the purchase of:
On 24.05.2013, 51000 shares at a price of PLN 1.55 zł each;
On 24.05.2013, 1000 shares at a price of PLN 1.51 zł each;
On 28.05.2013, 11000 shares at a price of PLN 1.50 zł each.
All the shares referred to above are ordinary bearer shares acquired on a regulated market in ordinary session transactions.
