Resignation of Member of the Supervisory BoardThe Management Board of ATM Systemy Informatyczne S.A. informs that on 9 January 2013 received a letter of resignation from the membership in the Supervisory Board from Tadeusz Czichon, Chairman of the Supervisory Board.
The date of termination of the membership in the Supervisory Board will be the day of the next General Assembly of the Company. Simultaneously Tadeusz Czichon resigned from his position as a Chairman of the Supervisory Board, effective as of 9 January 2013.
The reasons of resignation were not declared.
