The Management Board of Atende SA (The ′Company′) announces that today the Supervisory Board of the Company, adopted a resolution on the appointment of the Management Board of the Company on a new five-year term , for the entire Board, which will begin on the day following the date of the Annual General Meeting approving the financial statements of the Company for the year 2012, composed of :

Roman Szwed, President of the Management Board,

Iwona Bakuła, Vice President of the Management Board,

Tomasz Dziubiński, Vice President of the Management Board,

Andrzej Słodczyk, Vice President of the Management Board,

Szymon Stępczak, Vice President of the Management Board.

The first four people are part of the current Board. Szymon Stępczak is a newly appointed member of the Management Board.

None of the appointed members of the Management Board does not participate in any competitive partnership nor a member of other competing against the Company's legal entities, and it is not listed in the Register of Insolvent Debtors maintained pursuant to the Act on the National Court Register.
