Appointment of the Statutory AuditorThe Management Board of Atende S.A. (the ′Company′) announces that today, the Supervisory Board, resolved to appoint an auditor – the auditing company PKF Audit Sp z o.o. located in Warsaw – to review the annual separate and consolidated financial statements of the Company for the first half of 2013 and the unconsolidated and consolidated financial statements of the Company for the year 2013.
Spółka PKF Audyt sp. z o.o. is an entity authorized to audit financial statements on the basis of registration of auditors No. 548 in the National Chamber of Statutory Auditors in Warsaw.
The company has used the services of PKF Audyt Sp. z o.o. in the half-yearly review of the separate and consolidated financial statements for the first half of 2012 and the examination of individual and consolidated financial statements for the year 2012.
The agreement, to whose conclusion the Supervisory Board authorized the Management Board, will run for one year. The choice was made in accordance with applicable laws and professional standards.
