Information on transactions of purchase of shares by the managing personThe Management Board of Atende S.A. (the ′Company′) announces that today it has received notice from the Vice-President of the Management Board of the transactions made by the Company to acquire shares with a total value exceeding PLN equivalent of EUR 5,000. These transactions relate to the purchase of:
On 03.01.2013, 6300 shares at a price of PLN 1.25 zł each;
On 04.01.2013, 2200 shares at a price of PLN 1.20 zł each;
On 06.02.2013, 5000 shares at a price of PLN 1.60 zł each;
On 16.05.2013, 10000 shares at a price of PLN 1.40 zł each;
On 16.05.2013, 28784 shares at a price of PLN 1.35 zł each.
All the shares referred to above are ordinary bearer shares acquired on a regulated market in ordinary session transactions.
