The Management Board of Atende S.A. (′Issuer′) reports that on September 19th 2017 it received an oral information on the opening of tenders in the tender procedure No 17/4/40/17 for the ′Construction and implementation of data centres, data processing and archiving centres′ (′Procedure′) conducted by the Resort Centre for IT Networks and Services Management (the ′Employer′). The object of the Procedure is the extension of the Employer’s three-centre virtualisation platform environment.

According to the information obtained, the Issuer’s tender, amounting to PLN 61.3 million gross, is the only tender submitted in the Procedure, and the Employer’s budget amounts to PLN 60 million gross. The Issuer will inform about the Employer’s decision concerning the outcome of the proceedings.
