With reference to the current report No 10/2020 of September 16th, 2020, the Management Board of Atende S.A. (the ′Issuer′) hereby reports that it has been informed about the registration of Atende Industries sp. z o.o. (′Atende Industries′), which was separated from Atende Software sp. z o.o. (′Atende Software′), a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Issuer, in the National Court Register (KRS) on November 30, 2020.

Atende Industries was formed as a result of separation from Atende Software of an organised part of the enterprise related to IT systems for the energy sector, in particular from the area defined in English as Smart Grid. Following the division, Atende Software focuses its activities on multimedia content distribution on the Internet and IT security. The division was made to separate different areas of operations between which there are no synergies.
