The Management Board of Atende S.A. (′Company′), with reference to current report No 9/2018 of 10 September 2018, informs that on 17 June 2019 it adopted a resolution on withdrawal from the transfer of part of the Company’s assets to a new subsidiary, through spinning-off an organised part of the Company’s enterprise relating to the Company’s operating activities. The decision was made on the basis of adverse conclusions resulting from the analysis of risk and costs associated with the spinning-off of the business and functioning of the Atende Group thereafter, against expected benefits.
