The Management Board of Atende S.A. (′Company′) informs that on 29 November 2018 it received oral information on the opening of tenders in tender procedure No 202/BŁiI/18/MP/POPC titled: ′Modernisation and implementation of new solutions and e-services in the Integrated Communication System of the Nationwide 112 ICT Network′ (′Procedure′) conducted by the General Police Headquarters (′Contracting Authority′).

According to the information, the tender of the consortium comprised of Dimension Data Polska sp. z .o.o. (consortium leader) and Atende S.A. (consortium member), amounting to PLN 54.4 million gross, is the only tender submitted in the Procedure, and the Contracting Authority’s budget amounts to PLN 55.7 million gross. The amount of remuneration due to Atende S.A. is PLN 18 million. The scope of works includes the system and network part, as well as the security aspect, starting from the design, through implementation, as-built documentation, post implementation workshop and service maintenance for 60 months. The Issuer will inform about the Contracting Authority’s decision concerning the outcome of the Procedure.
