Registration of changes to the Articles of Association – change of the Company’s name to Atende S.A.The Management Board of Atende S.A. (formerly ATM Systemy Informatyczne S.A.) announces that on April 12th, 2013, the Regional Court for the capital city of Warsaw in Warsaw, 13th Commercial Division of the National Court Register, registered the amendments to the Articles of the Association adopted by the resolution No. 3 of the Extraordinary General Meeting of March 19th, 2013 and made them public in the current report No. 7/2013. In relation with the changes, the current business name of the Issuer is Atende S.A.
Changes in the Articles of Association of the Company:
The current wording of § 1 reading:
′The Company business name is: ATM Systemy Informatyczne Spółka Akcyjna. The Company may use the abbreviated name of: ATM Systemy Informatyczne S.A.′
Shall be worded as follows:
′The Company business name is: Atende Spółka Akcyjna. The Company may use the abbreviated name of: Atende S.A.′
The current wording of § 3 reading:
The Company has been founded as a result of the transformation of a limited liability company called KLK spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością. Pursuant to the Resolution of December 27th, 2010, KLK Spółka Akcyjna merged with ATM Systemy Informatyczne Spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością, by KLK Spółka Akcyjna’s acquisition of all assets of ATM Systemy Informatyczne Spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością and by a change of the Company name to ATM Systemy Informatyczne Spółka Akcyjna.
