The Management Board of Atende S.A. (the ′Company′) announces that on May 11th, 2016, the Supervisory Board of the Company resolved to appoint the statutory auditor — KPMG Audyt sp. z o.o. sp.k. with its registered office in Warsaw — for the purpose of auditing the Company’s financial statements and the consolidated financial statements of the Company’s Capital Group for 2016, as well as for the purpose of auditing the semi-annual statements of the Company and the consolidated semi-annual financial statements of the Company’s Capital Group for the 1st half of 2016.

KPMG Audyt sp. z o.o. sp.k. has been entered in the National Chamber of Statutory Auditors’ list of entities authorised to audit financial statements under number 3546.

The Company has not used KPMG Audyt sp. z o.o. sp.k. for auditing its financial statements before.

The agreement, to the conclusion of which the Supervisory Board authorised the Management Board, will be valid for one year. The selection was made in accordance with applicable laws and professional standards.
