Dates of publication of periodic reports in 2017The Management Board of Atende S.A. acting pursuant to Section 103(1) of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance of February 19th, 2009 on current and periodic information, notifies of the dates of publication of periodic reports in 2017:
Statutory Annual Report for 2016 – 21 March, 2017,
Consolidated Annual Report for 2016 – 21 March, 2017,
Consolidated Quarterly Report for Q1 2017 – 15 May, 2017,
Consolidated Half-Year Report for H1 2017 – 4 September, 2017,
Consolidated Quarterly Report for Q3 2017 – 14 November, 2017.
The Management Board of Atende S.A hereby reports that it will not make a consolidated report for Q4 2016 public and a consolidated report for Q2 2017 public, pursuant to Section 101(2) of the above mentioned Regulation.
At the same time, pursuant to Section 83(1) and (3) of the above mentioned Regulation, the Management Board hereby reports that it will not publish separate statutory quarterly reports as well as a half-year report and that it intends to publish consolidated quarterly reports including summary statutory financial information and a consolidated half-year report including summary financial statements with the auditor’s opinion from the statements’ revision.
