ODL – Polish producer of ERP system for the commercial and services sector – has established cooperation with CloudiA, the brand under which Atende offers its cloud services. Thanks to the agreement concluded between the two companies, ODL will be able to provide its software via the Software as a Service model, using a technological platform shared by CloudiA. Within the cooperation, Atende will prepare, for the needs of ODL, a server infrastructure and a package of additional services, thanks to which the data of the company’s clients will remain secured, and they will have the guarantee of the continuity and availability of the system.

In Q3, the Atende Group greatly improved its financial performance, both YoY and compared to the previous quarter. Hence, the net profit cumulative is now, after 9 months of 2013, higher than in the entire 2012. The Atende Group achieved in Q3 of 2013 its new net profit high (PLN 4,631,000, increase by 649% YoY), EBITDA (PLN 7,581,000, increase by 257% YoY) and the percentage margin on gross profit on sales (calculated as the ratio of gross profit on sales to profit on sales), which was 29%. Owing to its very good consolidated performance achieved in Q3 of 2013, the main financial items for 9 months of 2013 are much higher than in the same period of 2012. Year over year, revenues increased by 13% to PLN 144,793,000, EBITDA by 76% to PLN 12,572,000 and net profit by 243% to PLN 5,941,000. This comes mainly from a high increase of sales (by 242% YoY) for public sector clients.

The project carried out by Atende involves Storage Area Network (SAN) maintenance and management of the backup copy execution environment. The aim of the project is to fulfil the Bank’s requirements concerning quality, IT security and risk reduction. The agreement was concluded for an indefinite term. Under the works covered Atende’s engineers provide technical support services with respect to matrix environment operation as well as preparation of backup copies that allow to recover and restore data once breakdown occurs. The agreement concluded between Atende and the Bank also covers providing the monitoring service that supports keeping the continuity of operation of services and Client’s applications.

Sputnik Software Sp. z o.o., member of the Atende Capital Group, partnered with ATOS IT Services Sp. z o.o. to implement a platform of public e-services and e-file management system for 160 units of local government in Podkarpacie. The contract will be implemented under a project named "Creating an Online PSeAP System – Public e-Administration System for Podkarpacie", run by the Marshal Office of the Podkarpackie province. The project, worth gross PLN 92.6 million, was awarded to ATOS IT Services Sp. z o.o. Sputnik Software’s share in the contract as a subcontractor is 20%. The project will run for 12 months.

Atende Software Sp. z o. o., a subsidiary of Atende S.A., acquired newly issued shares in Phoenix Systems Sp. z o.o. and controls more than 50% of its stock. On September 10th, Atende Software acquired newly issued shares in Phoenix Systems for PLN 1 million. This transaction took place yesterday and was another step on the path to obtain the majority of stock in Phoenix Systems. It started when on July 24th, Atende Software purchased 25% of shares at PLN 929 thousand. The goal for the Atende Group is to acquire cutting-edge technologies and expand into the international markets.

In the second quarter of 2013, the Atende Capital Group noted a 43% growth of margin on sales of subscription services as compared to the corresponding period of last year. Such solid growth proves that the Group is successfully implementing its strategic assumptions aimed at increasing the share of fixed services in total revenues. In the second quarter of 2013, the margin generated by the Group on the sales of subscription services totalled PLN 5,190 thousand vs. PLN 3,638 thousand earned a year earlier.

Exatel commences the first stage of the construction of the Carrier Ethernet network. 44 new network nodes, predominantly located within the Warsaw agglomeration, will facilitate the supply of solutions to new customers, the initiation of cloud services and data transfers of up to 100 Gb/s. The solution is being put together in cooperation with Atende, which is responsible for the network construction and integration using Cisco equipment. With the use of a popular MPLS transmission protocol within the scope of the Carrier Ethernet, Exatel network will be unified in terms of data transfer standards. Connecting new customers to the network and introducing new services for those already connected will be trouble free due to the standardization.

Atende Group delivered very good performance in the second quarter of 2013, substantially increasing its sales and improving financial results. Results for the first half of this year are also very satisfactory despite the weaker first quarter. Atende Group earned the net profit of PLN 2,618 thousand in Q2 2013 vs. PLN 841 thousand in Q2 2012, which means three-fold growth. Consolidated revenues also rose substantially, i.e. by 16% y/y, and stood at PLN 64,270 thousand. The second-quarter revenues doubled compared to the first quarter of this year.

For another year in a row Atende took a high position in the TOP200 Computerworld ranking list of largest suppliers of solutions for building data centers. The Company, which has been a market leader for many years, took 2nd place and thus maintained its position from last year.

For 20 years now, Atende has been providing services related to data center solutions delivery. In 2012, the segment of data center infrastructure accounted for approximately 30% of total Company revenues. Its value reached PLN 49.1 million, an increase of 11% year to year. In all of 2012 Atende’s income amounted to nearly PLN 173 million.

The offer of Atende S.A. (formerly ATM Systemy Informatyczne S.A.) was selected as the best one in the tender for “Supply of Hardware and Software, completion of services involving installation, configuration and launching of the full functionality of the Central Point of Emergency Call Centres System (CP SCPR)”. The contracting authority is the Centre for IT Projects of the Ministry of Administration and Digitization.

The main task of CP SCPR is to support processes relating to inquiries about information and data sent from emergency call centres and units of the services of the Location and Information Platform with the Central Database (PLI CBD), and replies from PLI CBD to emergency call centres and units of the aforesaid services. Streamlining these processes makes it possible to quickly obtain information about the location of a person calling 112 or other emergency numbers.

The offer of Atende was selected as the best one when the Centre for IT Projects carried out the selection activities for the second time. The first resolution of the tender where the offer submitted by Qumak had been selected was subsequently cancelled by the National Board of Appeal.

The whole contract will be finalised this year. The gross value of the contract amounts to PLN 5.7 million.

The procedure was carried out in the form of an open tender.
