The Capital Group was founded on April 25th, 2012, as a result of registration by the National Court Register of the merger of Atende (formerly ATM Systemy Informatyczne) with an organised part of the company isolated from ATM S.A., responsible for integration-related activities, which included shares of ATM Software (currently Atende Software), Sputnik Software and Impulsy (currently Atende Medica). In the second half of 2013, the Group was joined by Phoenix Systems and OmniChip, and at the beginning of 2014 it acquired TrustIT. Since late 2015 Energy Data Lab joined the Groupo. The subsidiaries considerably expanded the portfolio of the products and services offered, thereby increasing the company’s potential.
